I’m going to go fucking insane soon. This is like perpetual jetlag; the 3 day weekend fucked me up even more since I tried to do stuff during the day. At least I get to fly home Saturday. 16+ hours in an econowife winter seat, then a 3 hour after midnight drive home in a rental car. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk ---

I only had to fly 12 hours in the back of the bus from Shanghai and then a 30 minute Uber on Saturday. Trust you made it home ok, right? Cracks me up trying to explain the “reality” to University students about the “glamor” of international travel and business. ---

I’ve spent about the last 36 hours in my hotel room dealing with a sinus infection that made my teeth hurt so much I couldn’t eat (or I gave gingivitis, either way I’m following up with a dentist when I get home). I feel your pain. All it takes is a few rounds in the very back of the bus to appreciate the extra 10 degrees of incline and a couple inches of seat width and legroom in “Economy Plus.” It’s kinda like an electric fan in the summer desert, doesn’t ex02,notty, pub, windsor, adnan’s, burton, irish, w yorkie, whitbread, WLP026, WLP085Sighactly fix the problem but feels like a quantum improvement. Sigh, I miss some of the old days with bigger budgets when business class was the norm and the beds lay flat. ---
