Unless someone else already mentioned this: Why is the rain there starting and stopping so suddenly? Loved the last episode as well. Thought it was the best so far. Also, is it me, or does the BIG creature in the jungle sound semi-mechanical? ---

Showers and storms that come out of nowhere and stop like a switch has been flipped are pretty common in tropical areas. I think we can discount an evil weather machine…for now. Also, I seem to think that when the tail break off in Kate’s flashback we saw it flipping over – that rotation would make it impossible to land safely. Moreover, if you look at the relative positions of the fuselage and the nose, it’s obvious that the tail would have come down well out to sea. I guess it could have been on another island, but that seems both unlikely and cheesy. –Cliffy ---

TPS Reports are an in-joke from the 1999 movie Office Space. The main character’s boss, Lumberg (played by Gary Cole), was always asking him to do TPS Reports.
