Yep. Juliet is not fond of giving straight answers. Looks like she’s in trouble for killing Danny. I guess she needs Ben to pull through because he’s the only one who can release her from “trouble” – after all, she killed Danny to ensure Kate and Sawyer’s escape, which was part of her bargain with Not-Enough-Anesthesia-Ben. Maybe that’s why “the Sheriff” is here? Because Juliet’s in trouble. ---

Huh – so Ethan was a surgeon. We knew he seemed to have a medical background. But why did they send their top doctor on plane crash infiltration duty? Why’s Jack so insistent on getting the tattoo?
