Do we know yet where Ben is getting his resources? I mean, if he’s following people and keeping tabs on them, he has to get cash from somewhere, right? Widmore’s got his own reserves. I don’t think we know yet but I was wondering if there were current guesses.

When we first see Locke standing on the beach, he is looking out towards the other island. Isn’t this the first time we have seen the second island in a few years?

Until Ben showed up, I thought Locke was martyring himself, in hopes that his death would bring everyone together. Turns out the man was just broken and decided to give up.
Great acting by O’Quinn, BTW.

Yeah, I believe we are meant to understand that the Ajira flight crashed on “Alcatraz”…I don’t think we’ve seen it since Kate and Sawyer escaped from it.

I don’t buy that the Ben-killed-Locke-because-he-wants-to-be-leader angle. Well, maybe it will turn out to be true, but it shouldn’t- otherwise all Ben had to do was have Locke be the one to turn the wheel the first time.
Sitnam, there’s not really much show left. Even if for whatever reason you think these last episodes are worse than others, quitting on the show after 4 and a half seasons now? Even if I hated this season, I’d still stick around for the little bit left just to get the answers.

That would explain why Lapidus and “some woman” took off in a boat. They’re heading to the main island.

Oh, no, not more chracters. I mean, we were actually starting to see a bit more about some of the other survivors of Oceanic- then they started concentrating on the 3 helicopter people (Dan, his girlfreind the red-haired-red-shirt, etc). Now we have more people.
I had asked if Hurley was supposed to be the one moral one, why didn’t he refuse to get on the plane when he saw there were dozens of innocents, and some claimed the plane didn’t crash, the Losties were just Teleported off.
We don’t need more side-characters with more flashbacks about their background.
It’s also getting harder to care about the dudes in Lost, since so many of them are rat-bastards or murderers.

Question: at the beginning of the episode, where Three Kings Man and Lone Gunman Girl were rooting around in a room, and Three Kings Man finds a gun (you think we’ll see that again before the end of the season 😉 ) – had we seen that room before? Were we supposed to know where we were? There seemed to be a bunch of papers, and old copy of Life Magazine (although I missed the date), some kind of picture of a violin on the wall – did anyone recognize the room? If not, any theories on where they were? Some random Dharma office?

I think its supposed to be part of the Hydra station, where Jack was being held in Season 3. The octopus logo is the same, and it is implied that the second plane crash is on Alcatraz.

I thought I caught a glimpse of a full page photo of the Creature From the Black Lagoon as he quickly flipped the pages of the “Life” magazine.

I’d say he’s injured. The other guy only said that people were hurt, not that anyone was killed.
Besides, they probably wouldn’t have given bed space to a corpse.

I doubt we’re getting rid of Ben so easily. I’ve been looking for a screencap of one of the sheets of paper Caesar found in the lab…it had a line labeled “Spacetime” on it (I think). Anybody find a shot of this online yet?

Is this the final season that we are in the middle of now? For some reason I thought there was another year after this.
