I’ll take this with a proverbial grain of salt. Not that I wouldn’t LOVE to see her killed off, but as a rule I’m suspicious of quotes from “insiders.” She has added nothing to the show, IMO. She has zero chemistry with Matthew Fox. ---

This story simply confirms my fears that the producers of this show are simply making it up as they go along. I don’t think they have any clue what’s actually going on on that island. My suggestion? When they finally reach the last episode where all the secrets are set to be revealed, they should simply have an ABC executive wander onto the beach, wave his arms and say, “Hold on! Hold on! Cut!” He should then look directly into the camera and say, “Look, we’ve got nothing. Sure, we could provide some kind of answer but, come on. It would only piss most of you off.” Then the final scene would be the cast wandering off and letting the crew break down the set. Fade out. The end. ---

Any good writer/producer sets up trapdoors for characters. You have to be prepared if an actor quits, dies, is jailed, etc. Options…you always have to have a way out. ---

Still, you have to feel bad for them. Obviously the main plan is to have the character around for the story. Then you have some psycho actress show up and blow it all through her behavior issues and have to go to plan b. ---

Do a little research, producers. You ought to have known that she was a psycho. These things don’t just pop up unheralded. But now…cut your losses, get her off the set as quickly as possible, blackball her ass to everybody you talk to, and try to have her eaten by a polar bear. Slowly. feet first. 3 cameras. ---
