I should have written 1.23 Million here. (The 0.66 is what would be needed with 8% interest)

By the way, I would be happy to manage the investments of any doper who wins the lottery.

Which reminds me - you need to earnt hat 7% after your investment manager’s fees, if you choose to use one. Another hurdle toward to matching the annuity payout.
