I got a good laugh out of that. While unlikely, it is so easy to picture that EXACT scenario, with Jimmy’s voice and everything.
I know this is off topic, but my favorite anecdote about Mayer is when he needed a pair of specific animals for a film but did not know the proper plural word for what he needed.
Supposedly he barked into the phone: “Get me a mongoose. And while you’re at it, get me another one!”
