K was my girlfriend in late HS and early college. I Facebook friended her. We were chatting yesterday and she flat out asked if I still loved her. I weaseled out of a firm comittment because I’m a weasel. It’s really nice to still be loved 45 years later. ---

Heard someone tell about how she is all over online dating sites these days. Apparently she enjoys all the attention and compliments. When asked if she would actually meet anyone, she was horrified by the idea, what with the viral plague and all. ---

As a blobby non-photogenic middle-aged white guy, I can say that the virus and lockdown, etc, have put whatever shambling remnants of a love life I might have had on hold for, like, the rest of time… ---
