Not explicitly. I know, stupid beyond belief, but I can’t read it any other way. ---

The something she got could be emotional or passionate rather than literally a pregnancy. ---

To be fair, there’s no citation in the Wikipedia article to that interpretation, so it’s just someone’s opinion.
