I buy Paleo bread at Whole foods (in the freezer section) they have 1 net carb per serving bread and also zero net carb bread. However it does run about $10.00 per loaf of very thin sliced dense bread, and nothing like french bread. It will however make a sandwich that is pretty good.
If you are willing to purchase low carb bread, I have been buying low carb bread from a bakery in Florida since I started back in Oct 2012 and have lost nearly 100 lbs. It has 2 net carbs per slice. Their name is Sami’s Bakery, and what I purchase is their Low Carb 7 Grain Fiber bread. Tastes just like real bread. Even had the nutrition on it checked out and the label is accurate. It really is only 2 net carbs (10 total carbs, 8 fiber, net of 2 carbs).
