Not really. Inside every complex question there’s an answer that is simple, elegant, and wrong. The human body is fairly complex.

In addition to the previous advice, I think you’re supposed to avoid excessive alcohol intake. For this and many other reasons too, of course. I’m a pretty heavy drinker & my cholesterol’s sky high. Don’t know if it’s directly related, could be genetic factors as well, but from what little I understand, when you tax the liver like that it produces cholesterol.
