Me, too. I did buy a few things I didn’t really need from his wife’s “shoppe.” I think that made him happier. Also, he really enjoyed fixing the problem!
From your post, I know that you’re kind, generous, and appreciative of good work. But as an Ace employee, I really don’t want any tips. I enjoy going that extra mile for customers. If I get a sincere “Thank you” for my efforts that’s just icing on the cake.
