# Luke Cage - Power Man!

The last I heard concerning Marvel films…

_The Punisher_ (April 16, 2004)  
_Spider-Man 2_ (June 30, 2004)  
_Man-Thing_ (October 2004)  
_Blade: Trinity_ (December 2004)

In 2005…

_Elektra_ (with Typhoid Mary as the main villian), _Fantastic Four_, _Ghost Rider_, _Iron Man_, and _Luke Cage_

In 2006…

_The Hulk 2_, _Namor_, _The Punisher 2_, and _X-Men 3_

Others in development…

_Black Widow_, _Captain America_, _Deathlok_, _Iron Fist_, _Nick Fury_, and _Spider-Man 3_ (2007)

and, apparently, maybe _Blade 4_…

In the latest _Wizard_ magazine, Snipes says he isn’t going to do a Blade 4, but he still wants to do _Black Panther_. Of course he’s been talking about that for over a decade.

If _Blade 3_ does well, though, there is talk of a _Night Stalkers_ spin off with Jessica Biel and…um…Van Wilder.

Most of those sound really good but Man-Thing? The hell?

Apparently, it’s Marvel’s first attempt at a real “horror” film. Filming has been finished for a while now. I believe they’re still in post-production, but they’re purposely holding it for a Halloween release.
