# Lunar Eclipse tonight and I cannot see it...

I saw it also… it didn’t turn colors though. ☹ It stayed a rather blah deep grey color, and looked kinda like a really odd eyeball.

I thankfully had a nice clear view: framed between two trees, which helped to block out some of the light from other houses. It was a good way to end the evening.

We had perfectly clear skies last night after about a whole week of rain and thunderstorms at night. Very cool - my 6-year-old niece loved it - and she at least kind of understood what was going on (we explained with a flashlight and two balls - maybe we’ll catch the next one too!!)
