On BBC America. This is a British cop show starring Idris Elba. We’ve been catching up, watching season one on demand. It was a bumpy start, with some logic problems, but by the third episode I found myself warming to the series, which has cases spilling over into future episodes. It’s worth a watch.

Does the title character wear a purple jumpsuit and a jet pack? Or does he wear a sophisticated piece of battle armor?

Or is he more like an evil, wealthy businessman?

Thanks. I caught these online awhile back but it’s worth watching again. I just hate that the seasons are so short. Only four episodes this time.

That sounds more like just a wrap of the story arc than a new season.

I think he was referencing Lex LUTHOR, from Superman.
