Holy crap! I swear I didn’t hit the submit button. Anyway, since we’re on the super hero vs. kick, who wins, Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman, or JoAnna Cameron’s Isis? Wonder Woman’s got speed, strength and if she gets her lasso on you, you’re done. Isis also has speed & strength, but she can also fly, and couldn’t she blast things with some sort of energy, or am I thinking of the comic book Isis? So who wins? ---

Wow! What a catfight that would be! I really just have a vague recollection of Joanna Cameron’s “Isis” show, but I do have a very good “visual image” memory of the lovely superheroine! She was gorgeous! I think Lynda Carter edges her out in terms of beauty, but not by much! However, the few episodes I saw were pretty insipid compared to Wonder Woman. I don’t remember any credible villains or any good action scenes at all! Wonder Woman at least had Nazis to fight in her first season, and she got KOed and captured several times! (KO/Capture scenes are my fetish, if anyone remember from my previous posts!) Isis never had such scenes in her show, did she? Now, onto the fight – I think Isis would win. Didn’t she have "long-distance’"magical powers? Unfortunately, she would not even have to engage in fisticuffs – all she would have to do is say “Wonder Woman, go to sleep!” and it would all be over! (Not that it would be such a bad thing to see, of course…) I would vastly prefer to see a long, drawn-out catfight, though! ---

Not that jug size would actually affect the outcome, but now I seem to recall there was a superhero/villain who used her super-powered boobies. Was it on Kids in the Hall? I can’t remember now… ---

The Wonder Woman sidekick Wonder Girl actress [Debra Winger](http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000700/bio) did a hilarious talk show interview once (Letterman IIRC) where she described how Carter’s WW breastplate was carefully engineered to make sure Carters ample breasts wouldn’t wobble and flop around when she running or being dynamic. ---

And if I recall correctly, Winger was extremely jealous because her costume had no engineering at all. I think Letterman or whoever was prepared with clips to illustrate the difference between the two. ---

I don’t think they needed clips from the series. She took off her dress and was wearing the costume. Between Wonder Woman and Isis, who cares who wins; I’m just praying it goes the distance. ---
