Is there a word or phrase that can be used to describe those fake rhymes?

You know where they say the first line and end it with a word that has a very obvious other word that would rhyme with it. Then during the second line, they pause right before the very obvious other word for emphasis then blow your mind with a different word that means the same thing but doesn’t rhyme with the last word of the first line.

Something like,

Dad said mow the grass,
but I didn’t so he kicked my… butt!
