# Mac problem - missing Garageband loops

I recently bought an iMac with the newfangled intel processors, and used a firewire cable to transfer everything from my old mac. Everything transfered over ok, but there’s a problem with garageband. I had jam pack 4 installed on my old mac and transfered it over along with everything else, but I can’t the jam pack’s loops in the loop browser - all I see is the ones that come with garageband. The loops are definitely on my HD, under library\>audio\>apple loops\>apple\>jam pack 4 symphony orchestra, so it looks like they transfered over, but garageband doesn’t seem to see them. Do I need to reinstall the jam pack? My expertise is with PCs, so I need some help from the dope’s resident mac experts.
