I would have to choose that judge who let the drunk-driving kid off almost scot-free. As for that list, the only one I’ve really heard about is Obamacare, and I would consider that “dumb” only if I were a conservative Republican. ---

Weiner is the winner. He destroys his congressional career by sexting and then, right when he seems poised for a comeback, he does it again. One was stupid. Twice was stupid squared. ---

Don’t know the deal with Alec Baldwin. Ted Cruz is just shilling for re-election. And he’s successful at it. I’m assuming the referenced event is his response to the state of the union address, which is weaksauce. Miley Cyrus is out to make a buck and willing to sell her dignity. Sad, not dumb. Rob Ford is a cokehead trying to keep his job. Not bright, not all that dumb. Obamacare - if you’re a conservative, maybe. Rather than look at it as “career stupidity”, as Mr. Wiener has, I prefer to look at the deed itself. Standing up and filibustering a law that was passed years ago, and was upheld by the Supreme Court years ago, while blocking a budget agreement (which is the only thing your party even stands for anymore) and shutting down the very organization which employs you, while it may have been a good career move, was stupid. However, I’ve texted pictures of my dick to women plenty of times, and I’ll bet lots of other guys have too. I don’t really give a shit what Mr. Wiener does in his spare time with consenting women. It may have been career suicide, but it seems like a pretty human move, which you don’t see that often from politicians. So, not that stupid, though he should have known better anyway. I don’t know about the Alec Baldwin thing, Miley Cyrus can do what she wants, she’s a hot young teenage millionaire, Rob Ford is an adult and can put whatever substances he wants into his body, and Obamacare hasn’t even been instituted yet, so, while I have my doubts about its efficacy, I’ll give it a few more years before I declare it dumb. So, Ted Cruz wins, IMHO. ---

People have been taking naked pictures of _other_ people since the camera has been invented. The internet didn’t exist back then so the possibility of having your junk pic hacked and spread all over the world didn’t exactly exist way back when. And if you’re in a relationship why not just show them the real thing. I honestly can’t think of anything more juvenile and stupid as a dick-pic or whatever you call it when a lady does it. Do people still not understand “The internet is forever” aspect of humiliating yourself online? ---

I’ve sent risque pics to my ex…my \*psycho \*ex…and never worried about him doing anything unauthorized with them. For one thing, no matter how many years we’re apart, he still considers me “his” so he wouldn’t want to show anyone. For another, I didn’t include my face, so who even cares if he did? You don’t even need naked pics of someone to claim a plausible faceless picture is them, if that’s what you want to do. He’s sent me pics and I did show my friends but I knew he wouldn’t mind. Actually he would have loved to be privy to those emails because some of my friends were very impressed. As for “why”…because it’s fun? I’m not getting why that would be hard to understand. Or sometimes you’re away from the person. Would it still be weird and juvenile to do if they’re deployed for a year? I do think it’s a very poor idea if you don’t completely trust the person and you include your face or have distinctive tattoos or something. Still I don’t think it’s juvenile. ---
