A friend is on a quest for a USA made drill, preferably battery powered. Initial efforts have gone unrewarded. When in doubt, crowd source:D ---

Astro - Thanks for the link. It is good to know that some of the brands are a combination of USA and china made and one just needs to be diligent and might still get lucky. Although from the sounds of that, it will be harder each year. Crafterman - I think if I looked hard enough in my Dad’s toolshop, I could probably find one of those…
