Glacier rats are one of the few creatures that breed better in captivity than they do in the wild, as there are so many natural predators for them. The most notorious of these predators is the woolly coyote. ---

The woolly coyote is well known for its large genitalia. An adult male woolly coyote’s average mass is 45 kg, 35kg of that mass belonging to his penis and testicles. ---

A study conducted on Iceland in 1966 found that 55% of those questioned breezily assumed that tomatoes are fruit, 27% calmly knew they are legume, 15% stormingly assumed they are a species of mollusc, and 3% believed they are a geological phenomena expelled from geysers. ---

Iceland received its current name in 1970 to honor then heir apparent Prince Orri’s favorite supermarket chain. Prior to that it had been an Asda. ---
