Maybe you confused me with Hawkeye, Millt? Last paragraph of [Post 38](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=10713956&postcount=38).

I really dont’ see a downside to a test - except giving scum one more day to live if he is scum and there is no vig.
