At the other site I frequent for Mafia/werewolf, one day/night cycle comprises one real-life day. A couple of months ago, I modded a game over there with 50 players, and every single player had a night action that needed to be processed and a message sent to them informing them of their results. At the end of each Day, I had the final vote count and the reveal (full reveal, mind you) up within twenty minutes. Nights lasted around four or five hours, during which time I’d process everyone’s night actions, send them all messages with their results, and write up the goings-on and deaths. At which point the thread would open for the next Day. …I’m just saying. ---

The hellish beasts were no match, and were turned away._\* Normal Phase\*\* was a little shaken, but no worse for wear.\* **Normal Phase took no damage.** - Suddenly, a faint white light surrounded the fallen **Gnarlycharlie** , and he was spared from death.\* **Gnarlycharlie recovered 100hp.** - Another glowing light surrounded **GuiriEnEspana** , who looked much better afterward.\* **GuiriEnEspana recovered 100hp.** - A third bright light surrounded **Choie** , but nothing happened.\* **Choie recovered zero hp.** [FONT=Palatino Linotype]_ **“Enough of this! Did you think you could out-clever us Hell folk with your silly knees-bent running about advancing behavior?! Now suffer for all eternity…”** _ [/FONT] \*\*\*Mhaye \*\*summoned an orb of light, and flung it at the Demon Lord, but his aim was wildly off target. \*“I guess you live to fight another day, Captain Poopypants! Squash goes the little ant!”_** [SIZE=7]_CRUNCH_ **MHaye was slain by Lord Phere.** \*Upon seeing this, \*\*one \*_of the Adventurers freaked out, and stepped forward to face Phere._ "You… hideous, unspeakable… monster! …YOU GO TO HELL! …YOU GO TO HELL AND YOU DIE!!!" \*The Adventurer raised a defiant fist, and then, a defiant middle finger. Upon this finger was a **shiny, glowing ring.** **A massive fireball** shot out of the ring and flew across the battlefield, slamming into **Lord Phere.** The Demon Lord shrugged off the attack, but it seemed as though the repeated blows were taking their toll. The Demon’s armor was **beginning to buckle**. One of Lord Phere’s shoulders was exposed, revealing an actual wound.\* **Lord Phere takes 100hp damage.** _ **“I will come for you, puny one. And I will make you suffer for what you’ve done…”** _ **The Aftermath:** Upon inspection of **MHaye** ’s remains, they found that he was dressed in dark robes, and [/SIZE][/FONT]had a number of scrolls with invocations written on them. He seemed to be a mage of some kind, probably a **Black Mage** , capable of creating basic offensive spells of the various elements. Simply being a wielder of Black magic does not make one evil in this world. I have no idea how the wagon on MHaye got started. MHaye was not the vote leader until very late in the day, and the first person to vote for him/her said in essence “I don’t really know who to vote for, can someone summarize an argument for me?” At least Visorslash took some damage, though. His brains taste like scum. ---

That was a bit depressing, of the four people to vote for MHaye only the triple voter looks scummy to me. Of course two of the three that voted for me could be scum and before we got the results I could have sworn all three were. After 4 Days and 3 Nights we only have 5 dead, this could be a very long game.
