Can scummers kill and use other role powers (if they have any) on the same night? Can scummers kill and use teh engineer’s power on the same night? ---

Any Night action, going either way, counts as interacting with the target of the Engineer. Because of the powers in this game, it’s more or less a weak scum detector. Whoever was Doctor immediately before the lynch gets the information via PM immediately after the lynch. There is no penalty enforced by the moderator for discussing strategy at Night.
