Scum really couldn’t care less what alignment you are - they need to kill everyone who isn’t on their team. And there’s nothing in his post that would suggest he somehow knows you’re Town rather than a cultist or a Mafioso. No, that entire post feels manufactured. It 100% sounds like you’re creating an opportunity to a) declare that you’re town and b) do so in a conversation with someone that you know will someDay flip scum. Then you vote for him. So now he’s got a safe/worthless vote on you and you’ve got a safe/worthless vote on him. This is a pretty common scum tactic. Manufacture a little scuffle between teammates, get some pro-town votes on the record. This is you taking credit for something that you can’t reasonably take credit for.
