**magellan01** had returned after over 4 years to Troll. Especially in the “hijack the thread” and “ **J** ust **A** sking **Q** uestions” type of trolling. Added bonus, then bothering the Moderators who modnoted or warned him with more **JAQ** ing via PM. This is after 12 warnings in the past from 5 different moderators. 10 for “Personal Insults” & 1 each for “Being a Jerk” and “Failure to Follow Moderator’s Instructions”. With his history and his brief sampling of posting since his return, we are banning him for trolling. **Note** : you can sincerely hold a belief and still troll. Given his time away, he was advised via a modnote. I told him pretty plainly his style of debate was no longer tolerated since the 2020 rule changes and gave him the link.
