Stan !! Got the same rude lousy treatment from these idiots !!! I’ve had them for 4 years with no problem… Now all of a sudden I can’t renew … I called and got the routein whats your number… bla bla is it plugged … bla bas whats your name … bla bla … whats your address !! What the hell are they asking me my address they already know !! They have my freaken phone number The you get switched to another idiot and go thru the same rourien again … Then she comes back and says you have to call cust service I typed back … Oh thats nice, idiot! how can I call when my freaken phone doesnt work she tells me to walk down the street and go to a phone booth and use that phone I said there aint no phone booths no more ! She started to tell me our conversation is ended The first idiot I spoke to in freaken India is Crichell The second idiot I spoke to was Neph After getting jerked around I told her she was a f.u.c.k.e.n. whore… she said oh right !! and she was a good whore !! This whole bs thing is pissing me the f.u.c.k. off to no end !! Not only that they have my ported phone number !!! So I’m stuck without a phone !! next step is get a lawyer and sue the money ut of this magicjerkoff guy !! ---

Hey Mr Finn All I want to do is renew ,That’s all… Just like I have done in the past. It’s no big deal !! But All I get is the usual treatment, 100 different reasons why I can’t renew It wasn’t like this 4-5- years ago. I go on the site renew ! And Bang-zoom it s done !!! ---

I had enough !!:mad: I went back to Verizon for 16… bucks a months !😃 Like I had for over 22 years !! :o They ported my number back that these idiots had !! It sounded too good to be true ! ☹ in the beginning magicjackoff for only 19.95 a year Yeah right !! what happened to that price !!! ---
