I use Firefox 1.0.7 and Thunderbird 1.0. Whenever I click on a mailbox link on a site or use the File\>Send Link option, nothing happens. I haven’t made any changes in either program and both are cleared through the firewall (Zone Alarm Pro). What gives? ---

Try changing it to something else, hitting **Apply** , then changing it back. You could also make the changes suggested [here](http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq#email), though they don’t seem to apply perfectly to your situation. ---

I checked that and it looks like it supposed to, but the mail still doesn’t work. Thanks for the idea, though. ---

I also tried switching the default email program to Outlook Express and back again - still nada. ---

Hmmmm…I uninstalled 1.0.7 and reinstalled 1.0.6 and now everything works!
