Should be simple enough to answer.

Is the main title footage of Charlie Sheen and John Cryer the same every season, with new footage of Angus Jones CG’d in? Or do they shoot it new every season, with old footage of Jones CG’d in?

It’s the same footage. They morph Angus into his current age. Roseanne used the same type of opening one season.
