A non-human anus was pivotal to the resolution of the forgettable David Duchovny comedy **Evolution**. They figured out what chemical would harm the giant alien, where they could get it in sufficient quantities, and how to deliver it into the alien’s body. ---

But I’d vote for any movie with mooning scenes. There seriously must be some skinny dude with no ass, and I know I’ve seen a movie where someone moons and spreads their cheeks. I realize the OP specified only human, but **Evolution** showed what was undoubtedly alien anus at the …End? Climax? These all sound like double entendres. I’m sure there must be non-human anuses in lots of other pictures. ---

Actually, the most anus-like thing I recall from a mainstream pic was the iris aperture that the Enterprise uses to go into V’Ger in **Star Trek – The Motion Picture** ---
