I’m wondering if it isn’t something with the Credential Manager. Some versions of outlook like to store saved passwords there and no matter how many times you tell it to save your (new) password in Outlook itself, it insists on using the one in Credential Manager. ---

You need a Mac. Also, since it seems no one else is suggesting this, try turning off your computer and then turning it on again after a little while. The whole computer, not just the monitor. ---
