Start with a half-slab of baby back ribs, ready to serve. Dredge it through flour, egg, and cornmeal, and deepfry it. Bury it in butter-grilled onions, then ladle on enough melted cheese to hide it. Just before serving, sprinkle with crushed cashews. ---

A chicharon burrito. Heart attack after three bites. But worth it. As for bacon, I’ve determined that bacon goes with anything. Well, almost anything. The one thing that does not go with bacon is an Altoid. ---

Oh, yeah, deep fried twinkies are good. Ice cream is a good idea. Whipped cream and chocolate sauce, too. ---
