As with a couple of others, I have no credit card, cannot use PayPal and don’t want to disappear into the aether come the 21st of April, so I’m asking for help. I can and will repay a UKian who subs me in at $5. Paying back an American will be harder and uneconomical to do in money - it’d cost about $8 in charges and postage to send a $5 order - but something else can be arranged if you want. ---

Someone took me up on my offer, but since youse have all been so generous, the user decided to take advantage of another Doper’s kindness.
