I’ve got an AVI file of a sign language course. There is another file for subtitles with a SRT extension. I’d like to burn the film onto DVD with the subtitles, so the course can be viewed without using a computer. Can anyone suggest the easiest way of doing this? Thanks.

This is trivially easy with Nero Recode, part of the the [Nero Software Suite](http://www.amazon.com/Nero-Inc-500130-9/dp/B001CJQGM4). Nero Recode was one of the best freeware DVD transcoders before Nero bought it and incorporated it into the suite.

Don’t be spooked by the poor reviews; Nero certainly has become bloatware, but it gives you the option to only install specific modules. If you only install what you need, you will not have problems.
