With all the cars/busses/etc. they transport and the fact they go through water and not air, I highly doubt the movement of **fairies** can be described as “flitting”. ---

I don’t think a big, yellow hat would count as a **curie** , as those are more generally knick knacks or (more classy) objects d’art, and often kept in their own cabinet. ---
