IMHO The physical sensitivity of the penis, to tie this into the OP, is nothing at all to the sensations that a person can experience by following that same path that I described. We can do the same thing and angels and experience pleasure way beyond what is ‘physically’ possible (and can even use ‘birth control methods’). In some ways I believe that physical circumcision actually aids in the spiritual connection and orgasm as a man might be dissatisfied and seek out more. ---
