# Male runners - how do you keep your weiner warm in cold weather?

I used to have that problem until I started using a penis mitten. Just go down to your local sports clothing shop and ask a sales person.

I ran for years in the frigid NE, and the problem can be really painful. In sub-zero temps, besides a few layers, I always stuffed a plastic baggie over the contested area, between the two inner layers of underwear. Cheap fix, always worked for me.

Same thing happens to me. A couple weeks ago I tried wearing long underwear under a pair of boxers which were under a pair of shorts (i.e., 3 layers), but this strategy wasn’t successful.
