I do a lot of walking in malls, and I think the proper solution for texting and walking is a cattle prod - move it along, Bossy! People trying to walk here! I would call her a tard, but that’s insulting to tards, to compare them to a self-important, clueless, the-world-owes-me-something wonder like this. ETA: That reminds me, what do you guys think of calling someone who is blocking other people by shuffling along and texting a “Text Block?” ---

The tape wasn’t so clear that people could identify her, so the only humiliation she has suffered was self-imposed when she agreed to be interviewed. Oh, and now the world nows she’s an identity thief. Guess that’s the guard’s fault, too. ---

Publicly broadcasting security camera footage without permission? Yep, that will get you fired. I have no sympathy at all for the silly twat who fell in the fountain, but the security guard probably violated the terms of his employment and I can’t imagine that his employers had much of an option other than to fire him. ---

This reminds me, whatever happened to the girl who walked into an open manhole and her parents sued the city? I’m honestly curious how that one turned out because A) She was being retarded and situationally-blind while walking down the street, and B) Because the city workers in that case evidently did neglect to put out warning cones when they opened the manhole. One assumes she may have still walked into the hole, but still. This case? Nobody here has said it, but I’m suspicious. The paranoid in me wonders if she didn’t convince the guard to release the video so she could sue the mall and give him a cut. I’d say it’s worth investigating. Might be nothing, the guard could just independently be a douche, but it might be that she didn’t accidentally walk into anything too. I mean, her character, especially in regards to the mall, is already pretty danged suspect. ---

The world was laughing at an anonymous idiot until she chose to ID herself, and I for one am thankful I now have a specific idiot to laugh at. ---
