If they don’t understand that imprisonment and slavery are banned, do you really want them working in a store that has rifles and ammo? I am imagining the person. They are working pay-check to pay-check and if that next pay-check doesn’t come they are going homeless and hungry. They certainly aren’t in a position to risk being fired by refusing to do unpaid overtime work.
