not sure if this is GQ, but for those guys who have man-boobs, how can you eliminate them/flatten them/not make them stick out? I have slight ones, nothing major but enough to have given me significant insecurity issues growing up and still to this to affect my confidence level in many areas? I work out 5-6x/wk and even at my peak physical shape, i was a chiseled 5’11 185# muscled fool, w/ nice arms, legs and all, but i could never get the nipple area to flatten out. Now, I’m past my prime, still work out and play lots of basketball, arguably am in better cardio shape (though i’ve lost a good amount of mass) yet it seems be getting worse in terms of the look of them. What to do? ---

I won’t cite other than, “I saw it on TV once”, but the number one cosmetic surgery for men was breast reduction. So, if it really bothers you, see a doctor. -B ---

The buffest body builders can make them bounce, indiviually. This seems gross to me, but since you have to be buff to do it, nobody will mess with you. ---

I saw something on Discover Health a few months ago in which liposuction was one option. They did a bit on one fellow for whom that did not work - he ultimately had slightly more invasive surgery that removed the actual glands. But it’s something to discuss with your doctors (I’m presuming you’ve discussed whether there’s a hormonal problem at play also). ---
