The crazy hair colors are getting to me…especially when they have started growing out. It just looks nasty. OTOH my Daddy made me and my sisters take ballet and the teacher made us wear buns to class. I hated them. So in rebellion, I snuck and had my friends mother cut my very long hair really short in a shaggy pixie-type cut. Oh boy did I get in trouble!! My Daddy was speechless. Never had I seen his face get so red. But I got to quit ballet class. Best decision ever! ---

Don’t particularly like buns on women and think of them as frumpy. They’ve looked good on most of the men I’ve seen them on. But most of the men I’ve seen them on have been on tv (therefore much more likely to be attractive than people I see IRL) and have professional stylists. ---

Saw the thread title, thought, “my wife frequently says she likes my buns, and I’ve heard plenty of other women talk about a guy having a nice set of buns, what’s up with this OP?” Had to open the damn thread to find out it was about _hair_. Not what I was expecting. ---

Yeah, what’s wrong with young men these days? Why, a ponytail was plenty good enough for us back in the day. For the record, that day was just after the days of the crew cut, pig shave, duck’s ass, pompadour, and mop top. On another note, why are extreme mullet/skullet haircuts a thing among poor white young southern men? ---
