I saw [this article](http://abcnews.go.com/sections/us/DailyNews/HIV_injected021119.html) on another message board. I can’t believe how fuckin EVIL it was to do this to an 11 month old child. Absolutely sick. I hope you get HIV in prison, you sorry piece of shit. It says in the article that they can try him for murder if/when the boy dies. Maybe that’s why they didn’t go for attempted the first time around, double jeopardy? ---

I’m against the death penalty, but guys like this make it hard to stay that way. Is it life without parole? IMO this is first degree murder with aggravating circumstances. Fuck this asshole. If there is a hell, may he be condemned to the darkest, deepest pit there is. I don’t care if was a 1 month old or a 40 year old, how could you damn someone to die in pain, losing control of the mind and body and not being coherent enough to recognize those who love them? Now that I spewed my bile, let me add that scientists are working on the AIDs vaccine furiously. It’s actually in testing mode right now. I’m waiting for it to be brought to a nearby city so I can volunteer to be a guinea pig. Along with the vaccine, better and more potent (not to mention, cheaper) AIDs drugs are being developed along with it. Hopefully, we’ll have a cure and/or excellent treatment as this child grows up. ---

Neither, for that matter, do drug dealers or animal abusers. In many states (California, Texas, or Florida, for example) a crime that would put a sixteen year old to death for actions towards a 60 year old woman would put that same sixteen year old in juvie if done towards a 6 year old girl. Sucks, doesn’t it? ---
