And it’s not made any better by the fact that, of the two two-part episodes in the first season, both are split across discs. And I’ve kept them staggered on my queue so I don’t accidentally get discs out of order, so it was more like three or four weeks to get the next one.

Heh heh. I just did this last month–watched the whole frakking thing from beginning to where the season 4.0 set leaves off within a few weeks, with zero previous knowledge of the show.
Now where the frak is that frakking season 4.5 DVD???

Not that this helps you any now but there was a season 4 marathon yesterday, i made sure to tivo everything.

😃 Somehow, I didn’t even hear about the show until I read two articles in the same week in The New Yorker and The New York Times during the second half of season two. I put every episode available on my iPod and watched them in less than a week. Once I was caught up it was torture waiting every week for new episodes. I envy those who get to watch the entire series for the first time on DVD!

Because too many eejits post on the IMDb. With a few exceptions I won’t name here, we really are a fairly smart bunch.
