Part of the disclosure in buying our new house was that, several months ealier, our next door neighbor was murdered by his tenant and kept in the basement for two months. The murderer still lived there the whole time (with her kids, who didn’t know!) until our local neighborhood watch started following up because they hadn’t seen him for an unusual length of time (and her evasions were increasingly transparent).
Can’t imagine what the disclosure for the OP’s going to look like.
Ok, so his bills were getting electronically paid, but where were the funds coming from to pay all these bills for two years without the bank looking for his behind?
