As a former respiratory therapist, I’ve seen this more than once. People really do blow up like balloons. Can’t find a good picture of it on Google though. It can be quite shocking to see. ---

There was an urban legend going around about this years ago – something about guys getting high by pumping air up their asses with bicycle pumps.
