In many places there is a by-law that you can’t park your car in a driveway where it’s sticking out across the footpath/sidewalk in such a way that pedestrians have to walk out into the street to get past it. But nobody seems to be aware of this law, judging by how often I have to go out onto the road when I go out to the supermarket.
I would dearly love to fix their little red wagons. In this case I would be that neighbour.
