Man overboard! Someone else falls off a cruise ship!

I don’t think “more depth” is still an option.

Because when you draw the long straw at the beginning of the trip you get to be on the pushing team instead of the unsuspecting victim team.

Crap, I don’t think I was supposed to tell that.

I’ve only been on one cruise ship, but I was quite surprised by the low fence around the deck.
The highest rail was low enough for me to rest my elbows on, and there were a couple of decorative horizontal rails that any kid could have easily climbed up on.

And after that…splat!–a fall of 10 stories, straight down into the ocean.

Never a dull moment!

Daniel

You’re turn is coming, you just wait.

This was not a threat, nor should it be intrepreted as a threat, or even a promise, but just as a very poor response that I couldn’t help myself in making.

An octopus in the pool would have provided much merriment.

I have never taken a cruise, but I have travelled in the ship my husband captains (200 M container carrier). At least in my husband’s company they take the enviroment very seriously and rules are very strict. But then again there’s never more than 20 people on board, and they don’t expect excess and luxury.

You would understand why the chances of us taking a cruise is so low.
