# Man refused name change, might be 'offensive'

Jesus Christ was refused a legal name change on the grounds that it may provoke violence, or may make people feel uncomfortable.

According to Zaba Search ([http://www.zabasearch.com](http://www.zabasearch.com)), there’s 23 records for Jesus Christ in the U.S., including two for “Jesus H. Christ.”
