The OP had a factual question and there’s (admittedly well-worn) room for discussion about constitutional rules and historical precedent. Your post was conjecture about what _might_ happen in the future. If anybody had followed your line of thought the thread would have been hijacked _into_ calvinball territory, but it didn’t start there. Questions like this aren’t poisoned wells, but there’s definitely a big juicy poisoned apple sitting near it.
