Probably for the same reason that there are no left-handed typewriters or computer keyboards. Since you use (and develop) both hands somewhat equally on these devices, there really isn’t an advantage to having one flipped around.

Wow. That is sad, in a way. Or more than away. I was always sort of hoping used Martin guitars would come down in price. That … did not happen.
